Congratulations on taking the next step in determining if Company 119 is the right fit for your career and life.
At Company 119 the first thing that our new team members read is the following quote:
“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan Press On! has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”
What Company 119 values more than genius, raw talent or education is your ability to make the decision to continue when we hit adversity and to keep the mindset of bettering those around you as your ultimate goal.
Keep these qualities in mind as you complete the questionnaire.
This portion of your application is intended to help us identify your ability to notice the details.

Write two pieces on any topic of your choice that has opposing positions. (Example: Why a tablet vs. computer is better to read news articles.)
In the first piece write from one position. In the second, write a counter position.
Each piece should include a call to action for the reader.
Think of a purchase you recently made. Now imagine that you have been assigned the job of writing a blog post for that respective brand's website. The post needs to help drive individuals towards making a purchase.
Write the post in less than 1,000 words.
We treat our team, clients, and community the way that we would want to be treated.
