Our team began by defining the key design elements and color palette for the new site. Inspired by Nicole’s love of butterflies, we used soft tones and an array of colors to convey both the professionalism and reputation of the team as well as their fun, lighthearted personalities. Company 119 had an opportunity to get to know the Nicole Gerami team during the website design process as we visited their Beachwood location to take new headshots of the staff and photograph some of their on-site interactions with students.
We understood the perspective of new site visitors, typically parents or guardians, and their potential anxiety or fear over sending their child to a new therapist or a new social group for the first time. To alleviate those fears, we focused on personalizing the site as much as possible. The team members’ headshots, as well as the vibrant photography of students engaging in therapy services with the Nicole Gerami team, help to pull back the curtain and show parents and guardians what they can expect during their child’s first visit.
The new website incorporates all relevant information for both speech and language therapy services and FIT programs, which was the initial goal of the project. Through the site, a parent or guardian can easily request an initial appointment with one of the therapists, download a registration packet, or register their child for an upcoming FIT camp. On the backend, the staff at Nicole Gerami can quickly post updates to the site—something that was particularly important to the team in light of COVID-19—as well as implement new content or make edits as needed.
The new website meets the needs of both the Nicole Gerami, LLC, team and the students and families they serve. It is now the foundation for their digital marketing and conveys the trust, professionalism, and value of their services to prospective clients across Northeast Ohio. We are proud to have worked on this project for a compassionate team who is making a difference in the lives of so many children and their families.
