The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Company 119, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the Company 119 survey. Only completed surveys will be eligible for entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
One (1) winner will be selected to receive a $250 gift card to either Lululemon or Carhartt (winner’s choice). No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others is permitted. No cash equivalent will be offered.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Company 119 after the survey period ends. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Company 119, which are final and binding. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, as permitted by law.
