Are Your Trade Show Leads Turning Into Sales?

Allied Facility Partners

When Your Reputation Outgrows Your Website

A Trusted Partner With a Website That Undersold Them

Allied Facility Partners guides K–12 school districts and municipalities across Illinois and Wisconsin through facility improvements, from assessments and capital planning to performance contracting, construction, and energy upgrades. They built a strong reputation the way most great firms do: through relationships, referrals, and more than $300M in delivered projects. Their website hadn't kept pace with that growth. It relied on stock photography and a broad construction-services message, which made it harder for visitors to see the planning expertise that sets Allied apart. It's a common challenge for growing firms, and an important one to solve.
When your website tells a smaller story than your business, buyers start the conversation with doubts instead of confidence. Allied partnered with Company 119 to fix that.

Your Buyers Aren't All Experts

Messaging That Works for Every Decision-Maker

Complex B2B purchases are rarely made by one person. For Allied, the decision involves superintendents, school boards, business managers, facilities teams, and the taxpayers who fund the work. Most aren't construction experts, and each one is asking a different question. If the website can't answer those questions in plain language, the sales team has to, one meeting at a time.

We built Allied's site around how their buyers actually decide. The Home page states what Allied does in a single line. Four clear service areas replace a long list of offerings. Market pages speak directly to education and municipal leaders. Every page positions Allied as a planning and performance contracting partner, not a general contractor, so buyers understand the value before they ever compare bids.

Turn Your Methodology Into a Reason to Choose You

Giving Allied360 Its Own Spotlight

Many firms have a proven process that sets them apart, but buyers never see it. It's buried in a service list or explained only in sales meetings. Allied's is Allied360, a facility assessment and capital planning approach that helps districts understand their buildings before committing to a project. We gave it a dedicated page, its own brand identity, and a clear breakdown of what it includes. The approach that differentiates Allied is now visible before the first call, and it positions them as a long-term planning partner instead of a vendor bidding on the build.

Real Proof Beats Stock Photos

Showing the People, Projects, and Communities Behind the Name

Buyers trust what their peers trust. In the public sector, one superintendent's recommendation carries more weight than any marketing claim. So we put proof front and center: a project portfolio organized by market, testimonials from district leaders, homepage stats that show scale, a team section with real leadership profiles, and a dedicated Community Impact page. Real projects and real people replace generic imagery. When a school board is deciding who to trust with public dollars, that proof does the persuading.

It looks a million times better than what we had. I love how you laid everything out. It totally has those trust signals we want to portray to people coming to the website. You guys have been amazing to work with. So organized.

A Website That Keeps Working After Launch

Built for Allied's Team to Own

A website that depends on an agency for every update goes stale fast. Allied's site runs on a flexible WordPress foundation, and training focused on the areas they update most. Their team now adds projects, publishes industry insights, and shares community stories on their own. Company 119 launched the portfolio with two featured projects. Allied has since added a dozen more, building a growing library of proof their sales team can point to every day.

Key improvements include

  • A Home page that explains Allied's value in seconds
  • Simplified service and market pages that speak to every decision-maker
  • A dedicated, branded Allied360 page that showcases their differentiator
  • A market-tagged project portfolio their team can keep expanding
  • An Industry Insights hub for news, success stories, and project updates
  • Newsletter signup across the site to keep stakeholders engaged

The result is a website built to work like Allied's best salesperson: explaining the value, building trust with every stakeholder, and helping buyers arrive at the first conversation ready to move forward.
