The name Company 119® was selected with intention: We believe our work is guided by the same values and principles of a firehouse. Success isn’t possible without anticipation, thorough preparation, and effective communication—all core values that guide our team.

Christian founded the Company 119 family of brands with the aim of helping businesses and organizations enter the digital space with a "golden rule first" mindset in 2004. Christian leads Company 119 with the same principles of a firehouse: anticipating and preparing for challenges and finding success through effective communication and hard work. He has served on multiple regional non-profit boards and as a volunteer firefighter/EMT for the Middlefield Fire Department. He lives in Burton, Ohio, with his wife and six children.
As COO, Nate spearheads the Company 119 team’s day-to-day business operations, executes strategies and processes across projects, and directs both internal and external communications. Nate’s background as an award-winning designer and creative director has allowed him to apply his expertise and strategic creative abilities toward marketing initiatives that drive success for Company 119 clients. He is an alumni of Leadership Geauga. He lives in Claridon, Ohio, with his wife and three boys.
