Run Toward Fires™ seems like kind of a silly mantra for a digital marketing company to use as a slogan. After all, we aren’t putting our lives on the line, like fire safety heroes do every day across America. We aren’t in danger if we make an error, and the well being of our clients isn’t in jeopardy if we don’t perform the way we should on any given day. And yet, we take helping others seriously, both in and outside the walls of our office. We believe that you should always take the risk, rise to the occasion, and overcome obstacles to keep your clients happy. We believe that, metaphorically speaking, you should always “Run Toward Fires”.
We also believe that you should do the same in your communities. Our Company 119 family takes part in many acts of gift giving and charity, and we know that when we Run Towards Fires™ for those around us we make the community stronger. There are so many heroes that are doing this every single day, and asking for nothing in return. So we thought that we would go ahead and ask for them. We are asking you to give them some recognition, and in return, they just might get rewarded with some great prizes.
We are asking you to post a video to our Facebook page nominating someone in your life that you see Run Toward Fires™. Maybe they do it for you, your family, your friends, your community, our workplace, your school, or the world in general. No matter how they do it, this is your chance to recognize them for what they do!
In January we will be selecting our favorite video, and the person nominated in that video will receive $250 cash PLUS another $250 will be donated to a charity on their behalf. This way, they can put out more fires while working on the ones they tend to every day.
