That’s why we have developed a predictable process for every digital marketing and website design project at Company 119. As our client, you will know what to expect at every step.
Our communication is direct and transparent. What we say and do is always backed by data, research, and our industry knowledge. And when we say we’re going to do something—we do it.
We understand that each client is unique. That's why we've designed our processes to meet distinct goals for both digital marketing and website design. Depending on the service you're seeking, choose the path below and let us guide you through an unparalleled agency experience.
As you consider moving forward with Company 119, you may think, “But I don’t know where to start.” You don’t have to: That’s our job. When it comes to our process, there’s one constant—good communication. Let’s look at what will happen with your project at each stage.
During the sales process, our sales specialists will provide you with a depth of information about our services. Our sales team members know this industry: They’ll be able to answer your questions, from how much something will cost to what’s needed from you to get started. If we decide to work together, this phase ends with a signed contract.
This is where your project officially moves from our sales team into production at Company 119, aka where the magic happens. Your client advisor (CA) will introduce you to the key players in your project, overview everything that is needed from you to get started, and outline the first phases of your campaign setup. We will also have an internal kickoff meeting for extended team members so that everyone has a chance to get to know your business, the goals of your project, and their role.
This phase lays the groundwork for your digital campaign. Your CA will request all of the assets that they detailed during the kickoff meeting: brand guidelines, logo files, access to tools like Google Analytics, social media account logins—anything that is needed for Company 119 to begin working on your project.
Once those assets are provided, we move into setup: This will look different for each project. We may be performing keyword research and creating a content roadmap, scheduling and executing a video shoot, or building a Google ads campaign.
Once the campaign setup is complete, we launch your project. This is when the monthly services agreed on in your contract come into play.
Once your project is launched, our team goes into data collection mode. We are regularly analyzing your campaign, reporting on performance, and making recommendations. We also host quarterly strategy sessions with you and your team so we can debrief and identify next steps. There’s no “set it and forget it” in our digital marketing dictionary. You can count on our team to be proactive in order to drive your sales and recruiting success.
Website design is an investment—and we understand that you’ll have questions along the way. That’s why our process is designed to keep you in-the-know of the status of your project from the initial design review through the site’s launch.
During the sales process, our sales specialists will provide you with a depth of information about our services. Our sales team members know this industry: They’ll be able to answer your questions, from how much something will cost to what’s needed from you to get started. If we decide to work together, this phase ends with a signed contract.
This 90-minute meeting will begin with team introductions and then move through a guided overview of every step of the process. Through our conversation, we will define the key purpose and objectives of the site, including your target audience and calls-to-action, and finalize the sitemap and plan for copywriting. Our design team will discuss all aspects of the visual look and feel of the site, any required UI/UX, and functionality. You’ll leave with a solid understanding of our next steps and anything that we need from you.
Following the kickoff, our team will prepare a Preplan—this is an outline of the project. It will include the finalized sitemap that was discussed and a detailed description of any functionality that will be developed as part of the new site.
When it comes to the initial design of the site, we don’t prepare multiple options. We put all of our energy into one, singular Home page design, aiming to achieve the desired look and feel of the site. From there, we can make revisions based on your team’s review. Because we use theme builders, our team of website designers and developers are able to work at the same time to design and build the site.
Your Account Manager will schedule a 30-minute content interview with relevant individuals on your team and a Company 119 content writer. The writer will walk you through the sitemap and give you an opportunity to highlight key messaging. Following the interview, the writer will create a document of text for review.
The team will build out all pages on the site with text, images, and other assets like video elements. Every page will be heavily beta tested and reviewed by our team to ensure all functionality is working as intended and the site is delivering an excellent user experience.
Your new website will be launched!
Following the launch, our team will hold a 60-minute training session for using the website. This will be recorded so that it’s available for future reference or training for future team members.
"From the first meeting with Nate and Taylor, our seminary re-design project was handled with professionalism and competence. The Company 119 staff listened to my suggestions about the proposed re-design, and quickly understood the nature of our seminary and what we wanted to convey in the site. Everyone's creativity and commitment to getting this project across the finish line was much appreciated. Thank you for a job well done!"
