User experience (U/X) is simply the interaction a visitor has with your site. Is it easy to find what they need or not. It’s that simple. Google sees you when you are sleeping (metaphorically of course), and if your site design is unorganized or cluttered, Google knows. Therefore it knows that your U/X will be bad, and finally, it knows that customers won’t like it. That impacts your SERP, but it also impacts your Domain Authority. Before you know it, you’re buried in the mire for whatever search terms you are trying to rank for.
