


Company 119 worked closely with LGAAR to identify their target audience and design a site that would serve as the foundation for a precise digital marketing strategy. The website redesign features a bright, welcoming color scheme, instantly taking the Association’s digital presence from dated to modern. Every aspect of the new site was designed to be user-friendly. Because the site contains such a large volume of information and resources, it was essential that the content be concise, easy-to-read, and well organized.
A clean navigation makes it very easy for users to locate the information they are seeking, whether they are searching for a realtor or an LGAAR affiliate. The site includes a custom-built “find a realtor” system that allows users to search for a realtor specific to their location and needs.
The system provides contact information for each area realtor and links directly to e-mail. The site was built to serve as a central resource for LGAAR members. An RSS news feed pulls relevant articles from across the web, providing users with a one-stop location for their news. There is also a feed of all upcoming events with links provided directly to event registration. Integrated social media and advertising space, including videos, gives LGAAR members an opportunity to share information while also generating critical funding dollars to support LGAAR’s efforts.
