With the focus on maintaining home and commercial real estate values through proper upkeep increasing daily, Perfect Power Wash’s national operation decided it was time to offer consumers a new website with a friendly, local feel.
“With the importance of maintaining property and the expansion of our business we knew it was the right time to embark on a website redesign,” said Michael Palubiak, President of Perfect Power Wash, “What we needed was a way to make sure that our customers know that though we are a national company, we offer personalized service on a local level.”
Perfect Power Wash’s new website, designed and built by Company 119, is now the main communication tool they have with residential and commercial customers throughout the nation. The new website offers customized information for locations around the country, a feature that was important to the company. “Our previous website design made it nearly impossible to customize the message for a particular location and to do so required a call into a tech firm. We needed to change that for our new website so that each and every customer would have area-specific information pertinent to their locale,” said Palubiak.
Perfect Power Wash’s desire to customize their site with local information required the development of tools that have never been previously used in web design. “With our new site, we can manage our national campaigns and still provide a local feel for our customers. New technology means that all of our data is organized by state, city or region in the backend and each of those pages has the ability to have custom branding, custom coupons, phone numbers, and they all include navigation on a city-by-city basis,” said Palubiak. This local feel from a national company simply wouldn’t have been possible just a few years ago. “The best part of the site,” said Palubiak, “is that each of our customers can get geo-specific information while we maintain our national brand. This technology gives us added agility in the market.”
With a growing national brand, Perfect Power Wash is managing their digital campaigns by focusing on a local feel.
