Company 119 designed a new website for Pressco featuring high-quality visuals and video that reflects their automated inspection solutions. It was important for this redesigned site to more strongly engage visitors and prospective customers and convey Pressco’s expertise and reputation in the industry. The new Home page features a video background, allowing the website to immediately show, rather than just tell, users what Pressco is all about: high speed vision inspection.
It was very important that the new website make it easier for both prospective and current clients to contact and interact with Pressco. In doing so, Company 119 was able to build a custom support and ticketing system to allow for clear and secure communication, product downloads and fast turnaround for Pressco product users around the world.
Pressco offers its clients a variety of support solutions, which are clearly defined and organized on the site. There is a custom site search feature built-in to the site, allowing users to find exactly what they need quickly. The website is also available in 5 other languages—Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Chinese—making the site accessible for customers of Pressco located across the globe.
